We have developed a discipleship program that is designed to help you grow in your knowledge of who God is as well as who he has called you to be in Him. Our track covers things like our identity in Christ, how to receive freedom to live an overcoming life, and understanding the gifts of the Spirit. Let us help equip you for living the abundant life we're all called to in Jesus!
CHOSEN CHURCH DISCIPLESHIP COURSES
The Bible calls us to make disciples! At Chosen Church we have a discipleship track that helps equip Jesus followers to grow from their first encounter with Jesus to a mature believer and leader.
NEXT STEPS - is an introduction to Chosen Church, the vision God has given us specifically, and an introduction to the type of discipleship we provide and how you can get involved.
THE CHURCH - is a class for people interested in learning about all things church and local church membership. You'll learn about being the family of God as well as being his ekklesia.
IDENTIFIED - is a class designed to teach you about your identity in Christ. When we get saved the Bible teaches us that we become a "new creation" and that we are being transformed by the Word of God.
FREEDOM - is more than a class, it is a ministry of impartation and empowerment.
FOUNDATIONS - this is a class on the Biblical Foundations of our faith in Jesus.
GIFTED - this class helps teach you about the present day activity of the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit.
SERVANT LEADERS - this class is about the leadership teachings and philosophy of Jesus which he modeled to his disciples.
DEACONS - this class is for those being trained for service as deacons in the local church.
ELDERS - this class is for those being trained for service as elders in the local church.
FIVE FOLD MINISTRY - this is a class to help us understand the ministry and purpose of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.
HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. It is key to the activation of the gifts of the Spirit including miracles, healing, discernment, prophecy (to exhort, edify and comfort), and spiritual prayer language and other languages.
(See 1 Corinthains 12:7-11)
WOMEN IN MINISTRY
We believe that gender is not the determinant factor in qualifying for church ministry in any capacity. Galatians 3:28 specifically states that we are all one in Christ without regard for ethnicity, social status or gender.
FOUNDATIONAL
THE TRINITY
We believe in one God manifested in the persons of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as revealed in scripture; distinguishable yetindivisible and equal. The only way to salvation is found through Jesus Christ. In order to be saved you must receive Christ (John 14:6)
THE BIBLE
We believe in the accuracy of the word of God. It is God’s inspired word, our trustworthy authority for the Christian Faith (2 Timothy 3:16; 2:15)
THE CHURCH
The church universal and local consists of believers old and new, of all backgrounds, races, ethnicity, and walks of life to come and be nurtured with the word of God. The purpose of God is being accomplished through the vehicle of the local church (Acts 2:47; 15:3)
SPIRITUAL GIFTS
We believe that the all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today. They are a normal part of the life of each believer. Signs, wonders, and miracles that happen today testify to the truth of scripture.
WATER BAPTISM
We believe that water baptism is an external act that illustrates the spiritual truth that is our becoming the new creation by the redemptive power of Christ.
JESUS CHRIST
Jesus is the central focus of our mission. He is 100% God and 100% man. He lived a sinless life, voluntarily laid his life down on the cross in our place, and rose from the grave in victory over the enemy. He has all power and authority and will come back one day just as he said.

IN ADDITION TO THESE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS, WE ALSO HOLD THAT:
The Church of Jesus Christ is the last instrument that God is using to extend His kingdom prior to the second coming of Christ (Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:20- 23; 3:10).
The local church is autonomous, that is, it is self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating in its mature state (Acts 2; 13:1-4).
The Biblical form of church government is a plurality of Elders with a Senior Pastor who all qualify on the basis of 1Timothy 3 in spiritual life, character, domestic life and ruling ability.
Every believer in Christ must be subject to God’s authority in a specific local church for spiritual protection and long-term fruitfulness (Hebrews 13:17).
The theological framework for understanding all of God’s dealings with mankind is to be found in the divine covenants revealed in Scripture. (Romans 9:4-5; Galatians 3-4; Ephesians 1:9-14; 3:11 Hebrews 8; 13:20)
We believe in the public gathering of the Church together for prayer, worship, teaching and preaching of the Bible and the administering of the sacraments of the church (Acts 2; I Corinthians 11; Hebrews 10:25).
